Went in for lunch like I do 3-4 times a week, Service and quality have been getting worse, but today hit an all time low. I was... the only customer, ordered and waited 5 minutes for the clerk to place a sandwich on the tray that had already been in thewindow waiting before I arrived. He then left and went back to the office and stood BSing with other employees for another 5minutes before finally returning and placing a container of old cold nasty fries on the tray that had also been there before Ientered the store. I can't believe they haven't shut this awful place down yet. I also cannot believe anyone goes here for anything. Went for... breakfast one time...tiniest sandwich you've ever seen...coffee was bleh...went for lunch the other day and really enjoyed theGIANT guy who didn't smile or say hello give me my food....threw it out as the fries were not done and the bacon notcooked...just nasty. The food is as bad as the personality of the guy that handed it to me. Just bad. Put a Culver's in thereinstead....or anything for that matter. Read more
Been to Hardee's several times in Fargo, and it was better service and better food. They were advertising a new sauce for the... chicken tenders and after two attempts we gave up trying to get it from the workers to try. Chicken tenders were over cooked andnot great. They didn't give you many fries... It was a let down to what I'm used to in Hardee's elsewhere in the state. Read more
Person that took our order could not answer any menu questions kept touching face and lips and then used bare hands to put fries... in container for our order. Employee pulling up pants/tucking shirt in did not wash hands before going to cooking line. Veryunsanitary, will never return Read more
