One thing that makes Jimmy John?s better than other sandwich shops is the bread. The last two times I?ve ordered food, the bread... is so hard I can?t eat the sandwich. I swear it has to be at least two day old bread. Owners/managers?if you?re trying to save abuck, that tactic isn?t working. Very disappointed with my experience at the Dickinson ND Jimmy Johns!! The manager I dealt with was very unprofessional and... rude. I applied for the inshop position and scheduled an interview. I do not have a vehicle so I had to walk about a mile oneway. When I showed up for my interview, I was told no managers were there so I could not do my interview and had to come backanother day. I walked back 2 days later and a manager was there. I explained to him that I had applied and scheduled aninterview online. He proceeded to tell me they were not hiring and walked off. I did not get an apology!! When I got home Ilooked at my application to make sure of which position I applied for. I called and spoke to him, explaining that they need tomake people aware on the application that they should not schedule interviews online, as well as to take it down if they werenot hiring anymore. He made excuses, said ok, and hung up on me. Again, no apologies!! Extremely rude and unprofessional at howeverything was handled, from beginning to end! Read more
Went in tonight to order food with my family, walked in and could barley talk to the till person due to loud profanity music and... noticed a young female eating in the kitchen by where sandwiches are being made. I don?t know if the owner can see this reviewbut things are horrible at this location. I?d honestly give this store a 0 if I could. Read more
I usually don?t leave reviews but please start paying attention to detail! My husband laughs because of my horrible luck every... time I order food here. There?s always something wrong with my sandwich. One time my order was missing the meat altogether, onetime it had no lettuce, other times I?ve gotten someone else? order or it?s taken over an hour to be delivered. Tonight Iordered two number 16s, both missing the bacon. My husband laughs because it literally never fails. I have a Jimmy John?s curse.I can?t be the only one! Read more
Ordered a sandwich and it took 80 minutes to be delivered. So much for freaky fast... Freaky Slow... It would have been faster... to order from Bismarck. What a let down. Sandwiches were terrible. Done with Jimmy John's. Read more

I would suggest... increasing drivers during busy lunch and dinner hours because it would have been quicker to order from Bismarck. Stopped in a few days ago for a sandwich for supper. They were out of French bread which was a disappointment to my husband. But... I had the wheat and it was made well. I was a happy customer. The place wasn't busy and it took them awhile to make my onesandwich. But I guess after the wait my sandwich was prepared well and good so I wasn't upset. But hopefully we don't encounterthem without options for their main bread next time. The only downside to the wheat is that it feels like a smaller sandwich forsome reason and is expensive for a sandwich similar to being able to make at home since it's regular bread. Read more
