Short staffed. Got 3 crispy tacos and 2 taco bravos. Took 31 minutes! Got to car where my husband was waiting? food was cold.
One of the worst experiences. Food was nasty and burnt (rice came out in a clump). Staff were yelling and cussing at each... other. Took them 5 minutes to even come up to the counter where we were waiting. Definitely will NOT be back. Read more

My husband first saw Taco John's on our vacation out west in 2016. Since then, he always talks about it when we travel out west... but never really tried until this last trip we did. Hands-down worst fast food place/experience I?ve ever had. Zero customers in the store maybe to three people in the drive... through. Ordered my food, waited about 15 minutes went to check up on my order. One guy looked at my order/number. I orderedtwo chicken tacos and super nachos. Guy comes back with just nachos. I don?t understand how someone could actually mess up anorder that simple after 20 minutes not even acknowledge anything. The manager or the person that refunded me wasn?t concerned atall. Read more
