If I can give zero stars,I would! One lady called another Lady named Ashley out the office to tend to my mother's order and 3... more orders that was wrong tonight. My mother asked for a refund because we ALREADY waited 30 minutes on fresh CHICKEN. Ashleythen got on her cell phone and called someone and told them my mother asked for a refund, after the phone call, Ashley thenyelled at my mother saying it'll be a"12 Minutes wait again for chicken or a refund ma'am"! NEVER SEEN SO MUCH DISRESPECTFULPEOPLE at KFC before! We waited for the 12 minutes after I got upset my mother told me to lower my voice from defending her,they finally brought the chicken out! Staff seems confused, and unwilling to take orders, they pass you around to who ever feels like it and are more worried about... drive thru. Both times we have been they take the first persons order and then run off before taking the next, we are leftstanding there untill a different person asks if we have our order taken then looks back in the kitchen waiting on someone else.This should be addressed as it lacks customer service. All the condiments are behind the counter and not out. the first time wedid not even get offered any they just sat the food down and went back to the kitchen before we could ask. Read more

When customers are craving fried chicken they think of KFC. Well, this is not the first time it happened in serves being bad.... Thought I would give them another chance tonight.
