Love the convenience and price for the pizzas! One less star since they let customers sit at the window for more 15 mins waiting... on their order when the people behind could have had their ready-made pizza and left already. Those customers should be told topull up or park. Other than that we go for little Caesars all the time for the kiddos. Read more
Good pizza for not much money. They have pizza portals so you can pick up your order without waiting in line and they always... have hot and ready pizzas and breadsticks so you don't have to wait long. Read more
Less than 1 star. Ordered via APP at 6:20pm. Pizza supposed to be ready 6:48-6:53. Politely waiting... 7: 05 another customer... comes in angry order isn't ready. Gets full refund AND pizzas from the manager. I'm told mine is not ready. Finally get it at7:18 & head home to this pizza. Took it back thinking it was a mistake and manager was angry I brought it back, yanking it awayto throw it away. It was a freaking breadstick with a bit of cheese and a couple pepperoni. RIDICULOUS. This evening, I decided to stop in and pick up a few pizzas. I attempted to order the hot and ready pizzas, there were none.... Shejira said it would be about 15 minutes, which was fine, so we pulled around to the front. Once our pizza was ready we askedfor the 800 number for customer service. She walks away and comes back with a different number on a piece of paper and says?this is the only number I have for complaints. I don?t know the 800 number. You might want to google it? and walked away. Neverwere we rude or anything during our visit, she also didn?t know if I wanted to leave a compliment or a complaint. Once I gothome and tried calling the number, it wasn?t even a working number. Not to mention my pizzas were literally 2 pieces. They werecut once, in half. Read more
We did the pickup window. Guy was nice and answered my questions. Food was good for the price. Getting out of the parking lot... was a nightmare though. Try to avoid peak times here! Read more
