Made an online order from this location for a 7:15pm pickup. App showed it being prepared and ready by 7:10. Arrived at store at... 7:30 and the food was not prepared and had to wait in line with other customers. Uh. Night time crew is not great. The lady looked at one of my subs that was toasted (the one for my husband) and said to the... guy with her that he "didn't put enough meat on". It was a spicy Italian. We get this everytime we come here. No meat was added.She asked what I want on that one. I said whatever normally comes on a spicy italian. She said they didn't have a recipe cardfor that one so she doesn't know. ???? And this is what it came out looking like. Where's the meat?? No discount for the lack ofmeat added??
