Made an online order from this location for a 7:15pm pickup. App showed it being prepared and ready by 7:10. Arrived at store at... 7:30 and the food was not prepared and had to wait in line with other customers. Uh. Night time crew is not great. The lady looked at one of my subs that was toasted (the one for my husband) and said to the... guy with her that he "didn't put enough meat on". It was a spicy Italian. We get this everytime we come here. No meat was added.She asked what I want on that one. I said whatever normally comes on a spicy italian. She said they didn't have a recipe cardfor that one so she doesn't know. ???? And this is what it came out looking like. Where's the meat?? No discount for the lack ofmeat added?? Meatball foot long requires plenty napkins even if theyre just generic cheap ones.. Subway is so cheap with napkins.
This place is awful! They never seem to have bread when I go. The app and google says that this location closes at 10, but at... 6pm, you can walk in and they?ll only have 8 loafs left of plain italian bread. My coworker and I ordered from here yesterdayfor delivery. After waiting almost an hour(*it said it would be ready in 30 minutes)she looks on her phone to see the status,only to find out that the order had JUST been canceled. She called to see what was going on and was told ?Some new girlaccidentally canceled your order, but we?re making it right now and will have it to you in 10 minutes. After another thirtyminutes goes by and nothing, she tried to call back again, somewhere around 12 times. She was sent to voicemail After two ringsevery time. She finally just went to the subway and after being ignored by whoever was behind the counter asked about our foodto which she was told by the woman ?Oh, I know which order is yours.? My coworker then asked again about the order since herquestion clearly wasn?t answered and the woman told her that she was the only one working so she hasn?t made it yet. Thenthough, she changed her story saying that she didn?t make it because they didn?t have the right bread. My coworker then asked ifshe could just get the food with the other bread and asked why she wasn?t just told this over the phone earlier. The lady toldher it ?slipped her mind.? Before telling my coworker ?Can you not have attitude with me?? Ridiculously rude after now waiting 2hours for these sandwiches. Definitely calling corporate about this because you should never treat customers with suchdisrespect! To top all of this off, my sandwich was wrong! This pathetic excuse for a ?sandwich? was supposed to be double meat, spinach, cheese, bacon, mayo?.instead I got a ?sandwich?... with 1 slice of bacon folded in half, 2.5 slices of meat, and cheese. Pickup order glitched on and team member couldn't make our sandwiches. I asked for a refund due to them not being ready on... time(or even started). He stated that he could not give a refund on orders placed through the app. Only a manger could. Managerwas not available. Ive called many times but they never answer the phone. I have left multiple messages but the manager hasnever called me back.
