Terrible customer service today. We walked in and were told to order by ourselves on their lobby kiosk. We said we want to pay... cash which you can't on the kiosk. The staff walked away and ignored us. We were forced to use a card on the kiosk. While wewere eating a customer from the drive thru came inside with a slushy in their hand. They went to the counter to get it fixed andthey told her she had to buy a whole new one when it was the wrong flavor. Just wow. Is this how we are treating people thesedays? Do better. Read more
My family went here on 08/02/2022 and they were very unprofessional. We asked the girl on the intercom what specials they had,... She said none. When we pulled up to the window we saw a special we asked about it and was told if we wanted it we would haveto go back around and get in the end of the line. This is after we told them we asked if there were any specials at theintercom. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. How can you be so rude to paying customers. Read more

Employees publicly shaming customer for the size of the order. Same Employees staid in the office with an actual barking dog the... entire time we sat to eat. WHY IS THERE A DOG IN THE KITCHEN OF TACO BELL.Elder customers came in and no one greeted themforcing them to self educate their selves on kiosk. Sat 7-9-22 330 pm . This crew needs major help. I really didn't like this experience. I know it's fast food / Taco Bell but I still expect that when the person is taking my... order, that they're actually listening. Also, I asked for no cheese because I'm allergic to dairy and there was cheese mixedinto the tomatoes. I know it's hard for people to differentiate when things get fast but other Taco Bells can do it. Read more
I paid $8.43 for a chicken quesadilla special. This is what I received. I drove back to the store to get a refund and was looked... at like I was crazy, and asked ?what?s wrong with it?. We've always had great service and food from taco bell at every location accross the country. That changed today. We have a... family of 4 now so we eat here quite frequently and today the chalupas were smaller than usual didnt taste the same as in yrsprior. Taco shells were all broken many had multiple shells used cause they were broken. Gonna be a while til we give taco bella chance. Very disappointed today Read more
Juan, the Manager on shift during our visit is the absolute last person I would have running one of my franchise locations. This... young man was rude from the very moment I made contact with him. Upon first contact I was told in a rude tone to use the kioskfor my order. I then notified him that my order was placed on the app and ask would I be able to get to it on the kiosk. Afterwaiting about 15 seconds for a response. Juan with a snappy attitude walked to the register and with attitude ask what?s thename!!! After telling him he started it would be a few minutes. Patiently I waited right at about 23 minutes and after 4 peoplecame into the store ordered and got the food, and then another staff member speaking to another employee who was at the back ofthe kitchen work on and (my wife?s name) now to which she said. It was at this point I asked to speak with the manager and foundout that it was Juan. I ask why it was already 23 minutes in and that she was saying no they were going to be working on adifferent order? Honestly unprovoked unprofessional behavior.
