My wife and I came in with a zero sugar drink because Apple Bees does not offer any sugar free drinks. The manager came out to... the table and stated that no outside food or drinks are welcomed. Why would it be a big deal to bring in a sugar free drink,when you don't offer it? Read more
Our waitress was amazing. Food wasn't on point. Chicken was over cooked, and pretty sure they made my daughters pizza was warmed... up in the microwave. Service was fast, maybe cook was just having a bad day... We originally went for the 13.99 all you can eatboneless wings they are promoting on TV ads... was told not a thing... It was a wonderful experience, wish we could have gotten a booth, but do to only having 2 servers when we arrived very limited... seating. Our server was a delight and extremely friendly and helpful. Read more
Like I said manage was rude unprofessional and the food sucked staff was over serving alcohol or and not checking ids allowing a... table full of kids to let both be adults get wasted. Profanity from bar area heard throughout bar cause they on patrons we'reway too intoxicated. Service sucked never checked if needed anything nor did they bring sauce I asked for to when ordered, whensent back undercooked steak, and when brought to me back still undercooked I was just starving and other person was done eatingalready before got my food. Was charged for me a soda that I only ordered cause bartender refused to make my margarita frozenuntil I explained I was a bartender and I knew it changed taste but it was still only half blended. Well I have to say that I absolutely love Applebee's food but with having said that this Applebee's you should not visit!!! ... There is a horrible group of family members that work there. A mother and daughter who are extremely rude and horrible to theircustomers as well as the other workers there! I witnessed the daughter throw food, yell at the customers, and was altogetherextremely unprofessional and just plain mean. This is a huge reflection on their restaurant and I hate to not give them mybusiness but both of them really need to just get fired and move on as they are driving customers away. They are KNOWN in thiscommunity as mean and well. .. just plain bullies! Read more
Got the steak with mashed potatoes and fries, pretty small steak and it was full of tendons, potatoes were good(both kinds).... Took a while to get our food but it was also busy with a 10 minute wait. Very clean place and friendly staff. They don't acceptpictures of IDs though so make sure you don't forget your wallet if you want a drink. The famous strawberry margarita was greatalthough I wish I'd asked for sugar instead of salt. Ordered a steak well done. They brought it and it was pink, sent it back and it came back still not done. If your cooks can?t... cook a steak well done then find one who can or remove steak from the menu. They also forgot one of our parties meals and had tomake it and messed up another meal. Plenty of employees standing around talking to each other though. Read more
