We recently didn't get what we thought we'd ordered, which was a stuffed crust pizza. We thought it would be just the crust not... the whole pizza. Anyway, we really didn't like it and ended up throwing most of it away which was a huge waste of money. I saidsomething about it when I received a survey after purchasing and we were refunded for the whole order. I consider this to begreat customer service and will definitely return to Papa Murphy's. Best place to get a good pizza, take home to cook fresh, to me all other pizza places suck compared to Papas
We get pizzas here to take home a couple times a month. It's pricey, but delicious.
WARNING! WARNING!! BEWARE THIS BUSINESS! On January 17, 2022, I ordered and paid for a pizza on line. When I arrived around... 5:00 pm there was no one there. There were many businesses closed early due to snow but my order and payment was accepted. Icalled the following day after the charge appeared on my credit card and was told they tried to call but couldn?t reach me. Iuse call block when driving. The offer to correct this was to come pick it up today. This level of customer service isindicative of incompetent management. Read more

We picked up a Stuff crust pizza on Friday July 26. This is the second one that has been disappointing. We are not even sure it... had any chicken on it. I unfolded the crust to see what was stuffed inside, only to find a piece of onion. I filled out anonline survey, giving a poor rating, and THE Survey ask if a manager could call to discuss the issues. Of course I have notreceived any call. I'm not sure they are concerned with the poor quality or customers concerns. Read more
Oh, Lord. My family has found pizza heaven. We tried the stuffed supreme pizza. We got a large and still had 3 or 4 pieces left!... It's like 2 Pizzas in one and I could only eat one slice. The next night, we baked the chicken bacon ranch and it was completelygone! The quality for the price is completely worth it. It is set up inside similar to Subway, you tell them what they want andthey load it up, wrap it up and send you home with it! You choose whether to bake it that day, refrigerate it, or freeze it forlater. You can't get much fresher than that!! We will be back, often! Read more
