The Sonic App malfunctioned and cause a order I was placing to be placed at 1:15 instead of 5:30. I called them and they were... able to hold off on making the order and instead made it at 5:30 when I called to let them know I'd be there at 6. My partner and I love sonic so much. Can't go as often as we like because we like to also get oce cream. And always end up... spending way too much.. other than that issue which is, operator's error, problem. Not Sonics. But this sonic never takes toolong. Never gets order wrong, isn't light with ingredients.. wish I could afford some right now, we'd be having it for dinner. Especially the new churro milkshake thing. OMG yummm ???? Read more

We went there Wednesday afternoon to order dinner. We ordered and waited for over 15 minutes and the sign let us know our order... was on the way. We waited 15 more minutes and it never showed. We called and asked what was going on and they said there was anissue and they have to remake it. We asked for our money back and they said it would be refunded. Friday hit and we still didnot receive our money back. I called and was told they can do a cash refund. I got my money back from the store after two daysbut was never apologized to. Read more
We live close by and have eaten here a lot. However, here lately the food and service have been awful. Most recently, today,... we ordered 2 burgers and an order of onion rings. Had to wait going on 20 minutes for the food in the drive thru, then when wegot it home 5 minutes later, the food was stone cold. The onion rings were cold and tough. The burgers were cold. And one ofwas not fixed correctly. We did not get a receipt, so no refund...the SONIC near the interstate is much better. We will drivethe extra few miles to go to it rather than this one. $15 for 2 burgers and an order of onion rings is a lot - especially whenit tastes nasty. We called and talked to a manager, but they were not willing to do anything. We will not be back...be sureto check everything before you leave the window - no matter how long it takes. Read more
Ordered two milkshakes-one peanut butter with hot fudge and one caramel. Both milkshakes were basically vanilla ice cream. No... peanut butter or chocolate favor at all. Same for the caramel. Very disappointed. The peanut butter milkshakes at Sonic used tobe pretty awesome. Two stars because the ice cream was good but we didn?t order or pay for plain vanilla ice cream. Read more
Ordered onion rings.... got one big glob of 8 onion rings fried together. Therefore they were not all cooked through. Gross.... Ordered Large drink and got small, when questioned the girl said what do you want me to do about it. Read more
O Sonic.. Service was r e a l l y slow today as we waited 15 minutes for 2, small slushies. Happy Hour was over. It was not... during a buzy time of day. I am not sure what was going on. When the waitress finally came out the door with our drinks, it'slike she was she was moving in s l o w m o t i o n as well. Tomorrow for them will be a better day, hopefully. Read more
