I'd give negative stars if I could. I had three hard shell tacos from there tonight and they were inedible. They tasted like the... beef had been cooked, not drained, and no seasoning at all put in before spooning it into taco shells. Absolutely the worsttakeout food I've ever had. Read more

Went there Saturday before the game was the biggest disappointment ever got a 5 layer burrito side sour cream 4 cheese roll up?s... an 4 chicken chipotle the only thing I really got was a 5 layer burrito didn?t include the sour cream the cheese roll up?s had apinch of cheese on them an the chicken chipotle was the most pathetic thing I have seen I couldn?t add the meat an cheese offall to even make a single melt I was so upset I will never ever go back literally a couple shreds of cheese an a total of a fewhunks of meat on all four pretty much paid for a tortilla shell!! The worst experience I have had in a very long time. Dining room was closed due to not enough help and the order was completely... wrong. There was one girl sitting in a chair on her phone mostly I never saw the person that fixed the food. The only good thingabout it was the man working the window. He was very nice ,and apologetic for the wait. Where was management to help the crewout. This is totally uncalled for. And no way to run a business. Soft taco supreme with about a spoonful of taco meat. Pretty typical of the Taco Bell on Mathis. Employees have attitudes that... definitely convey that they don't care about their service. I go here for lunch every so often because I actually like TacoBell, but the ones we have here in town just have bad service. Read more
