Waited with no one in front and maybe 5 cars in the parking lot for 2 4 for 4 meals. I mean sat there for 5 minutes or more.... Food was cold not warm but cold. Don't stop here. Food is always good & doesn?t take very long to get my order; even when they?re busy.
Fries, nuggets, burgers, nothing was fresh. All in the warmers. When I asked if fries were fresh, the guy I was asking asked... another guy, and he stated "I just dropped them". Lie detector, and taste indicates- that was a lie. Probably get fresher foodat the one at the truck stop. I would have complained, but honestly it's like this at a lot of places, and I didn't feel likegoing back and forth. It's not hard to make fresh food- it wasn't like they were busy or something. Our food was hot and delicious. But the restaurant itself was dirty. Only 2 tables occupied when we got there at about 11:15... am. No one else in line. But almost all the tables we walked past were dirty. It looks like people who dine there areresponsible for throwing away their trash, but the tables do not get cleaned. We did the best we could with napkins so we couldeat. The bathroom definitely needed cleaning !!!! It makes me wonder about the sanitation in the food prep areas. Too bad !!!! Wendy's is definitely one of the better fast food restaurants. But it needs to be clean !!!!! Read more
The service is always great, everyone is pretty nice when you order. Everytime I get a kids meal though, they ALWAYS forget to... give me the chocolate milk ???? but it's okay. I know that's not really the first thing they think of. ??????????? Overall it'sa great place to grab a bite to eat. Traveling through and stopped here for a burger. First impressions is that the place is dirty. Counter tops, food storage,... tables in the dinning area. Food took way to long to get to us. Maybe this is normal here, but 20 mins to get food seems outsidethe norm. I?d skip this location next time. Better places to eat that are clean. Read more
