So we see good reviews and one of our coworkers actually recommended them so we all at the doctors office decided to go with... them and place an order i ordered a grilled chicken panini sandwich asked the girl if it comes on panini bread she said yes lolthis is not panini bread the mozzarella cheese is all over the foil not sandwich and mind you the sandwich is really cold thenmy other coworker order a turkey club sandwich they told they don’t have that when it’s clearly on there menu so anyway theguy talked her into getting this other sandwich called the god father there’s no meat what so ever on it literally like 2pieces and a piece of cheese yeah never again would i or anyone here place and order from here again then i called to tell themwhat’s going on the owner like well the bakery was closed we could not get panini bread ummm the girl could have told me thatso he says he will give me credit I’m like no can you please make this order over in a good way oh and wait they forgot mygarlic parm fries i tell him that he like i just make your order and hangs up in my face how rude bad customer service andbusiness i never do reviews but this really got me upset how do you have a business and expect people to come back and you treatthem this way and do this I’m highly upset Read more
Let me tell u about this Eggplant Delight pizza. This past Sunday I was in the mood for a pizza but didn’t know where I wanted... to go for it or what kind I wanted. I eventually ended up deciding on basilico’s in Dickson city. I ordered this pizza. Afterwaiting for just 25 minutes I went in and saw them cutting it up and finishing it. I couldn’t believe how BIG it was. Icarried my pizza out to the car and took this picture before getting ready to drive home. My car smelt so wildly unbelievablethough so I had to stop in a parking lot to take a bite. There was no way I was going to make it home without a taste. Icouldn’t believe this pizza! I ended up eating a whole piece out of the trunk of my car like a little gremlin. The eggplantwas cooked so perfectly and covered the majority of the pizza. It’s so hard to find good eggplant from a restaurant aroundhere but the eggplant on this pizza was cooked so nicely! From now on when I’m in the mood for a pizza and able to take alittle drive, I’m getting this pizza every time. Also, all of the staff were so kind. We stopped by at lunch time not knowing what to expect. Looking at the pizza bar we settled on the vodka sauce pizza. Put into... the oven for a few minutes, the pizza was wonderfully warm and tasty. Taking it to go was good on our part, as we still had along ways to drive yet for the weekend. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly, but diligently at work. There is a 3%charge on cards if used.If you don't like the idea of that, go eat some bland chain name pizza. We will stop by again sometimefor another pizza :) Read more
Apparently nobody really cares at this place anymore. Used to be good, more on the pricey side, but you got your moneys worth.... This is what they call a turkey club. It was barely toasted, no middle bread, undercooked bacon crumbles, and lettuce that lookslike it was pulled off a pre portioned salad. But I guess we got our moneys worth on the block of sliced cheese. All of this for11, with no chips, no pickle, and no craps or effort given, wrapped in a tin foil ball. Save your money and go to any of theother Italian mom and pop places around here that actually cares. Read more
RAW pasta. Yes RAW undercooked pasta from an Italian restaurant. Absolutely inedible……hard and crunchy. Even the chicken... seemed undercooked. Had that raw bite to it. Truly disgusting. Thankfully they only put in tiny scraps of it compared to theprevious orders. $23 for some RAW nasty pasta and some chewy stringy undercooked chicken gristle. Also you gotta love the pizza.Cheese was stuck to the box. Must have a bunch of muppets working in there or something. This “regular” will be taking hisbusiness elsewhere. Read more
The food that I got was amazing! I got pizza, but it tasted like it had real pepperoni, rather than artificial pepperoni. I do... highly recommend this place, they take their time preparing the food, and then serving it. It is family friendly, so you won'thave to worry about inappropriate dressing. Read more
Ordered an antipasto salad for ten people, received a half pan of meat, cheese, celery, and olives only. No lettuce or the usual... antipasto toppings. $55. I was told the price was high because of the price of lettuce- no lettuce in the pan. Verydisappointing. I have always had good experiences with this restaurant. Read more
