Food tastes good and the sandwich looks delicious. But honestly could they make the chicken nuggets any smaller?! I got an... order of 8 and had I known they would be that small, I definitely would have ordered something else! And one was nothing butbatter! For the price I will go to Arby's because the quality is comparable but theirs are much bigger and you definitely won'tmistake a piece of batter for a nugget! Read more
I don?t agree with their beliefs. But it?s damn good chicken. I do wish they were open on Sundays. That?s usually when I want... it. Drive through always takes a while. I like curb side pick up but it is not offered at this location. Read more
Love the taste of the chicken, especially their nuggets, but the pick up process was a little confusing and it took longer than... I expected. Also is a bit pricey but you get quality with the cost!! Read more
The lines moved quickly! I like the way I'm treated! The staff is friendly and always polite. I love the chicken,,usually get... the grilled bites and regular pieces. Not a fan of the fries,I pass on those. I tried the ranch herb dipping sauce thistime...blecht...I like the Polynesian and the chic sauce best. Read more
If you read the receipt they gave me nothing that I ordered not even the drink right. I order my food on DoorDash had everything... perfect I got two medium fries, two eight count nuggets, A medium mac & cheese, and a sun joy. I got food that I did not orderlike a wrap, A sandwich, and a kids meal. The food is good but the was such a burden and should not take two hours to figure myorder out. This is the best Chic fil A that I?ve ever visited (no shade to any other store). It started off with one of the best customer... service experiences I?ve ever had and his name is Jacob. He?s going places! If you read this and visit the store and run intoJacob and you agree, come back and like this review. And also let Vivian know how great he is (I?ll get to her shortly). Jacobwas very attentive and professional. He even offered to have me look at the small screen to see some specifics. I wasn?t surewhat I wanted and he engaged me to find out if I was a vegetarian and gave me options for that (I got the grilled chickensandwich). He even had a great closing before we pulled off. Whoever raised Jacob did a great job. Vivian was the manager onduty. As soon as I came out and I said Jacob she knew exactly what I was gonna say. She was upbeat and friendly and smiled. It?sbeen such a long time since I?ve witnessed some great customer service. Now to the food. Y?all know the food is great. That?swhy I?m talking about it last. But this restaurants food is so fresh and tasty. Like on another level. This was the first time Iever hand a sandwich without Mayo and enjoyed it. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad.
