Made an order for pick-up, got there and was informed they had ran out of salad. They didn't let me know this until I had got... there instead of calling me on the number provided with my order. Had to wait for my order to be started at all AFTER I hadgotten there because they didn't know what I wanted for the salad substitute and was not given refund/discounted. On Sunday evening of October 2, 2022 at 8:45pm, my husband and I decided to go to Chipotle in Dickson City, we ordered 2 bowls... with Brown rice, double chicken we wanted green peppers and onions and they gave us what was in the bottom of the pan but thatwasn?t the worse thing that they did. When my husband and I was told that we could not have salsa because the salsa that theyhad available was only for the online customers. My husband and I were so disappointed that we refused the order and left withnothing. We drove over 40 minutes to get to this particular Chipotle?s location to be told that the salsa you had available isonly for the online customers. I have never heard of such disregard for customers that are in your establishment ordering andpurchasing food and the worker told us that the salsa that they had was only for the online customers. I also requested amanager and was told the exact same thing. If this is the practice of your establishment with customers in your establishmentwith money in hand you will lose more revenue than my husband and I. I will speaking about this to corporate as well. I paid $13.68 for a burrito bowl that was literally double chicken, rice, cheese, with hot sauce. There was a small amount of... lettuce left and I asked for it in my bowl but was told I was not allowed and that it was for salad only. The amount they hadwould not have made a single salad. They were out of a lot of ingredients actually. The serving size they give is also superskimpy. I've been to 2 other locations that gave great portions. I thought maybe it was a one off situation but I now see thislocation is stingy after trying them a few times. Not only did I overpay for my pathetic bowl but the worker was so rude.Perhaps she was having a bad day but she had a poor attitude from the start. She did not greet us, gave short responses, andacted as if we were a bother to her. I have tried this location a few times but they are consistently awful so we will not begoing here any longer. At was 2:30 in the afternoon and stopped in to pick up a late lunch to go. I got the steak bowl with brown rice and a few other... toppings. Very clean and the staff was super friendly. Very happy with my experience at Chipotle. I got one of their salad bowls and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and... helpful. It was quite busy but they kept the line moving. I give this Chipotle -(minus) 5 stars. I?ve been to Chipotle?s in NY and NJ and were never dissatisfied with price, portions or... quality. But if you feel like you want to pay way too much for way too little than this is the place for you. I was aprofessional cook for a decade (not fast food) and I know all about portion control but this place is out right robbery. I evenasked the rude service counter girl is that all? As I watched her she was more concerned with trying to scoop as little aspossible into the bowl of everything. The meal with soda was up there in the high teens $ but this was worth about an eightdollar plate if that. I took Togo from the counter but ate in. Like a 3 ring circus. Ordered online for pick-up. Gave my order name, and they had no clue who I was. So I gave the name on the... card, and they had no idea. Finally I gave my contact info they made me put in, and THATS what was on the order. Seriously, theyshould have just put an order number on the receipt. It's a terrible design. Secondly, the tattooed manager was up in the frontbeing a useless dilhole, and being rude to a customer who asked for cups for water. Like bro, it's a multi million dollarcorporation, your mediocre manager status means nothing to those executives. If the kid wanted to sneak a free soda, relax. Ican't imagine the employees under that regime. Lastly, my sister's Burrito was smaller than George Costanza's dong after gettingout of the water. Talk about shrinkage. What a pathetic meal for 32 dollars. Go support a local Mexican joint, and get muchbetter food. Oh, and they gave me an empty cup instead of filling the beverage order.
