We ordered a gluten free sub and the cook mistakenly put the meat on a regular hoagie, then flipped the meat from the regular... bread onto gluten free bread and tossed the regular bread with half of the meat into the trash can. Subs are always good & packed up with meat, the reason for the low review is EVERYTIME I visit the Scranton - Dickson City store... they screw something up, not once or twice, every single time we get from here, there is an issue. Is everyone hired at thislocation incompetent, is that a requirement to work at this location? They are not cheap, I'm ok with that, I just want what Iordered, how freakin hard is that, this store is an absolute joke & a total disgrace to the Jersey Mike's brand. Word to thewise, DOUBLE CHECK your order, in person & online. Trying to get someone on the phone is dam near impossible. Definitely don'trecommend this place, I've personally had it with this store & I am lodging a complaint with corporate on Monday morning!!! Read more
It was late and they were preparing to close.. nothing is open around 8pm... however it did not stop them from custom making... everything for us. My niece and nephew enjoyed their first experience there. The 6 of us were well fed and definatelly will beback. Read more

We had a loaded up cheese steak and a turkey and cheese. both were very tasty and the service was quick and pleasant. The only... reason I took away a star was because I wished there was more of a choice for healthier types of bread and I also wished therewere more customization options. If you have a gluten allergy, this is the place to go. Every time we are there, they clean the meat slicer, knives, table, and... use different mayonnaise that is gluten free. The staff seems to how important a gluten allergy is. I thank them from thebottom of my heart for taking such care for my wife. Oh, and the best subs you can get. Read more
Order here all the time . Usually always great !. Last night not so much .??Check on your one great employee who couldn?t even... take orders through the app because his co worker stood and watched him do all the work while we stood there for 20 minuteswaiting and then said co worker decided it was time for a bathroom break .
