I discovered tonight the Family Feast deal and I was absolutely thrilled I received 4 half sandwiches , a full salad , a quart... of soup and a full French baguette. My fiancé and I were so pleased with the deal and the quality. I rarely write reviewshowever from the minute I left my house to the time I picked it up was impeccable they got my order done in less than 10 minutesas well so very grateful I received all of that for $32 and I will be going back again very soon !! I have to say, these bagels are amazing, and I'm a New Yorker with a very high bar for bagels. Panera did something that made... these bagels one of a kind and better than any other place in the area. For me, that makes it a 5 star experience based onbreakfast alone. But.... the coffee here is made correctly about 70% of the time, dropping it down to 5 stars. Even thoughPanera is a chain of restaurants, this one is pretty good. First Panera Bread I've been to where I went "meh". Compared to other Panera Bread's I've been to, this place was a little run... down and dirty. I wasn't acknowledged by any of the employees. Don't ever eat at this location ! Restaurant is filthy and dirty plus restroom men's bathroom door latch broken ! The ceilings... vents and walls were are dirty an filthy there was also chewing gum stuck on the rugs ! It looks like this restaurant hasn'tbeen clean in year's ! I love the Whitehall Panera location best! Everybody here is always kind and helpful and nobody is ever grumpy when you come in... to order. The establishment is usually very clean and now that it is beautiful and warm outside the tables are out to enjoy yourmeal and/or drinks with friends. Had an awful experience 11/12/22. I am a sips club member, so I decided to go into the cafe to get my free drink. Placed it... through the kiosk and went to get an iced green tea. The entire pitcher was empty. So I decided to try the agave lemonade. Thedrink looked a bit cloudy so I was a little apprehensive. I decided to try it anyways. What a mistake that was. It had gone bad.Absolutely disgusting to have rotten lemonade. I decided to tell an employee that the green tea was empty. There was also nostraws or lids by the drink station. She said she "would get someone on the green tea" but that the lids and straws are at thepickup counter. Why not put the lids and straws... at the drink counter? Anyways. I was really disappointed with thisexperience. The place was also a zoo, but it was a saturday, so really, what can you expect? No excuse for rotten drinks and notrefilling drinks, though.
