The food isn't bad but the lady who is there all the time is just plain miserable, she appears to hate serving people and if... that's the case then maybe find a different occupation. I love all the previous reviews of people who are not the minority groupin this city, saying they have known her for years and you have never experienced racism from her lol. Ordering has felt overwhelming in the past sometimes as the staff has to work fast but the order model is unusual if you're not... used to it and there might be ingredients you're not familiar with at all, but I easily get overwhelmed and feel rushed nomatter what at any customize-your-order-however-you-want type places so that's kind of on me. Price is a bit up there but youget a LOT of food, at least if you order a burritos and don't skip on all the usual fillings. You really get to customize yourburritos/bowl/salad. Idk if the other options are as hefty as the burritos as I believe they are the same price and I've alwaysonly ordered the same thing. I can be a heavy eater and I usually have leftovers to bring home . The way they're wrapped in two(think like subways) makes it easy to eat half and bring the rest back too so that's a nice touch as well. Read more
The recent comment that Annette or the staff is "racist" i believe is a miss understanding on the customers part. I've known the... crew for YEARS they are a wonderful. Positive. Great crew Roger and his wife are amazing at what they do. Their food is the bestin the food court by far. They always give everyone fantastic service. Racist and rude. Have been here several times and today a lady in charge, Annette decided to charge me extra couple of bucks... for the bowl. My bowl does not have meat, veges, cheese, sour cream or anything. Just rice, beans, corns and guacamole. Whenshe put literally 8 beans - had to ask for extra. Never had this issue but it looks like they had racist staff working today.We will skip this particular store from now on. Couple of bucks don?t hurt but being a hospitality professional myself, cannotaccept rude behaviour. Read more
