The service was ok but in a francophone place with only an English speaking cashier is not good. I am bilingual but my boyfriend... speaks little to no English, this is a bad scenario. Went to the ladies washroom and it was disgusting ????...not cleaned atall. Read more

Not very fast for fast food. I stopped here on my way to Bathurst to get a Frappuccino, I decided to go in and place my order... with a human. There were only 3 other patrons in the store, all who were already served. As I waited and watched, 2 of the threeorders had to be corrected, 3 employees went through the kitchen to get to the staff room to start work and I had to ask when myorder was going to be ready, it really shouldn't take 6 minutes for one Frappuccino. I don?t like to complain, this McDonald?s is usually good, and as an introvert I let mistakes slide all the time. I have been... forgotten about in the parking lot in my numbered parking spot by staff before and I usually just come in and get my food so itisn?t an issue just an inconvenience. (Things happen it?s okay). This time was different, I have a bad ankle and decided toorder from my numbered spot, so I wouldn?t have to walk. I waited patiently, a car pulled in beside me at spot 2 while I was inspot 1. I had already been sitting there a few minutes and they got their order. I waited patiently until the 25 minute mark andthen went in. Yes they were busy and I got my food after talking to staff, they just said sorry and have a good night. I?m onlyupset that the other people got their order after arriving after me and I had to wait 30 mins. If I could have been offered afree fry or anything that would?ve been nice. Extremely rude cashiers. The foods usually good but the customer service is absolutely garbage
I always get my coffee frappe here cause it?s super close to my house. Their customer service is exceptional. Theres a Lady... named monique who has served me my coffee the last few times I went and shes the sweetest, always smiling and cheerful. Not todismiss the rest of the staff though, never had a bad experience! Everyone who works here prides themselves in their peopleskills and other McDonald?s locations should be taking notes! Was busy as can be at lunch time basically no parking they still managed to get our order right which for a McDonald's in... Moncton seems like you'd have better odds winning the lottery only reason for 4 stars there's been multiple times where theyhave gotten the order wrong. Then also the fact their high chairs weren't clean except 1 that we found. Read more
