just went thru drive thru, spent $44 on food... Everything was freezing cold... they put mustard on my burgers and the person... they were for absolutely hates mustard more than anything on earth, couldn't eat them...they put ketchup on my grilled chickenBURGER KETCHUP.... gross... my chili was freezing cold and my chill cheese nacho were freezing cold... everything wasdisgusting... the only good thing was the pop.... wasted $45... I would avoid the drive-thru at the champlain mall location in Dieppe. 2 cars in front of me and it took me 25 minutes to get... my order. I thought perhaps it was slow due to a shortage of staff but it wasn't the case. When I got to the window there was5 people standing there doing nothing. They gave me my order and I still hadn't paid yet. My chilli was half full and friescold. Definitely a big problem at this location. Very disappointing. Ive been a regular customer for years but now I'm notsure. Read more
Well let's start with the wait time at the drive thru ordering point. I could have taken a nap it took so long. Then after... waiting for the food I drove home to find only half of it was in the bag.... paid for all of it though which was nice :) andthen when I called to tell them that they might like to get themselves together no one answers the phone. Amazing service :) Showed up a few minutes before closing tonight so I was kind of expecting the worker to be a little annoyed.... Nope!!! He was the nicest and the most enthusiastic! While I don't often go to this Wendy's, the times I do we have very poor customer service... Working in customer service... myself, politeness and being greeted is common courtesy! Basic skills are lacking! Read more
Good place for a speedy snack. Friendly service. Including drive thru. Sometimes it's really busy due to the crowded Tim and... Champlain Mall. Easy parking. Washrooms and dining available. Service was fast when I was there and food was great. Read more
