Not really sure where to start .....but here it goes. Have ordered blizzards 3 times in the past month. Every time I have been... served at the takeout window by the same rude and lazy male employee. Twice past I have been served a sloppy blizzard, bothtimes ice-cream was dribbling down the cup. This us the way it was handed to me after I paid. No lid and no napkins offered.Both times I had to ask for a lid and napkin. This employee was clearly annoyed he had to do more than he wanted. Now as fortoday's adventure at 5 pm I was served by the same lazy employee again. No napkin and no lid. My total was 5.95 so he was given6 dollars in cash. On principle he should have offered back the 5 cents but didn't. He arrogantly assumed he could keep theextra. Do the math. If he pulls this stunt with every customer think about how much in tips he is making. Again I had to ask fora lid and napkin. He gave me the stink eye and was cleary annoyed he had to go out of his way to perform a rudimentary customerservice. Prior to my dealings with Mr. ignorant lazy guy I have never had any issues with customer service from any otheremployee. This creep needs to be spoken to by management. Took order back to our near by hotel to eat. Worst fast food hamburger ever. I only ate one bite then threw in garbage. Onion... rings really greasy and very small order. I ate the shoestring fries because I was hungry. I hadn't ordered from DQ for manyyears. Will not try again. Read more
Love their ice-cream parfaits! Burgers are delicious and friendly service!
Terrible...instead of flame broiled burgers, they just tasted like old, frozen patties and the buns were stale and hard.
So done with this place been spending 50 to 100 bucks a day here and the Barely mix blizzards on most days annoy no two close to... the same And they keep putting less stuff in my blizzard and I sai it ain?t Enough to look like the picture and then look at myreceipt and and being charged for extra topping I?d say u lost ur best customer I have even Took them back and get mad rightjust to get the same treatment next time Read more
Since new management took over, nothing at this establishment is the same. Cheese and bacon fries, gone. The yummy strawberry... drink with real strawberries, gone. The friendly down home atmosphere of dining-inside DQ after a hockey game at the rink, orafter school with friends, or a birthday party with ice cream cake and all your family.. gone. It's all gone. If Digby is goingthrough a population boom due to all the East Indian, Chinese and Ukraine people moving here, then they need to step up andunderstand what makes this town what it is. Which is that small town feeling. Being greeted with a friendly conversation, by theperson taking your order. Not struggling to even communicate basic food items to someone who barely speaks English and getsfrustrated and rude, when you don't understand them. No reason the people who have lived here all their life should have tolose everything that made Digby so special for all these years, all because everyone from outside of Canada, chose to take upresidency in our little town.
