Waited 15 min for bacon egg mcmuffin combo, not a single soul in front or behind me. Definitely not fast food!
New chicken sandwhich made me ill. They cant all be winners I guess. Shutting down dine-in during a large town event and putting... temporary foreign workers in the drive-thru just after dinner time was not a good idea. The wait time was 30 mins and manypeople left very angry. Try paying people a living wage and then you may be able to retain local workers. Stop bringing inlabour from other countries to suit your financial inadequacies. You are perpetuating the problem and also putting more peopleinto the housing problem. Using foreign workers as cheap labour and yet not allowing them to become citizens is wrong. I gavetwo stars because the people who DID work there were nice. Read more
Slow service inside and at the drive thru. The washrooms only have a one person capacity so expect a wait there as well.
Very slow. Drive thru was very busy, but instore service was delayed. Too 15 minutes for my order. Fries were barely warm and... tough. Ordered the Big Mac Grand, only difference between it and an ordinary one was one slice of bacon and one slice of extracheese. Last visit I made was great, this time failed miserably. Read more
The line up for drive-thru is ALWAYS a 20 minute wait. It's legit like a 5 minute wait for each car ahead of you and there's... never less than 10 cars. You get to the speaker and no one says can I take your order?" for a good 2 minutes. So you just sitthere and wait. So they can catch up. If Digby is going through a population boom due to all the Ontario, East Indian, Chineseand Ukraine people moving here, then the town needs to step up and meet the demand by expanding services, drive-thrus etc. Noreason the people who have lived here all their life should have to wait 30 minutes in a line up for take out, because everyonefrom outside of Nova Scotia chose to take up residency in our little town. The store was super busy. Staff was working beyond their scheduled shift to help. The wait was a bit longer but they do the best... they can do. I certainly appreciate the work they do. The majority of the workers are students , but no matter who is serving orwaiting on you remember you are one and they have saw a hundred during their shift with some not being kind, people trying tomake a living making ends meet. Pack a lunch if you want a meal or snack in 2.0 seconds. Read more
