Numerous occasions I did not receive what I paid for, but no big deal as accidents happen. For my daughter?s birthday, we... ordered 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizzas. Once home, we discovered that once again the order was incorrect. I called to ask for anote to be put on my account to hopefully prevent this in the future. The lady was kind and offered me a credit for the 2pepperoni pizzas. About a week later I didn?t feel like making dinner. An older man that is usually working(manager or owner)answered and proceeded to claim no credit existed and they wouldn?t have given me one anyways. I had zero interest in creating afuss over $25 worth of pizza, so I told him I would just pay for 2 pepperoni pizzas and please add the usual cheese pizza on aswell. I get there?he forgot one of the pepperoni pizzas. Instead of apologizing and saying there must have been a mix up, oreven the slightest attempt at behaving like a professional, he went right into accusing me of lying about what I ordered. Heinsisted that I never mentioned anything about pepperoni pizzas even though he knew to make one of them. He then raised hisvoice so everyone in the room could hear and stated that the credit didn?t exist and I am lying to get free pizza. This is rightafter he stated that there was no mention of pepperoni pizzas when I called and while I had my card in hand to pay for thepizzas. I can understand mistakes. With lots of pizza orders, mistakes are bound to happen, but to accuse me, the customer, oflying, and proceeding to yell at me with a room full of people because he doesn't want to acknowledge his own mistake isunprofessional at best. I tried being pleasant and explained the facts but he kept cutting me off to argue with me. Eventually,I just walked out. Silly thing, my phone records all calls. The food was ok, or normal, the server was friendly. But she had just put a strong scented hand cream on before getting my water... minor detail. Everything else was good. I will be back Read more
I?ve been to many different Pizza Delights over the years and by far this one in my opinion is the best Pizza Delight. The food... is delicious and more importantly consistent. The staff is very friendly and more importantly the owner can be seen takingorders or serving food or going around the restaurant interacting with the customers. The owners of this franchise and the staffare what makes this PD one of the best!!!! Read more
