Good service. Good food. We were whalewatching, and stopped on way home. When I got home on the south shore, I realized I had... left my handknit wool cardigan from Ireland, favorite sweater, on back of a chair. Phoned Crystal, the manager. She had thesweater! She offered to send it to me free of charge! I could hardly believe my ears. She even left a message when it wassent. It has arrived safe and sound. Talk about going above and beyond duty. Convenient coffee for people passing by and working in the town
Say they need workers, but the manager fires everyone the minute they can't come in for something. You got COVID? Too bad.... Injury? Who cares. You need a day off? Fired. The workers are all friendly and the public love them. Food tastes good. Read more
Even though this is the second Tim Hortons in Digby, it doesn't make any difference. The line up for drive-thru is ALWAYS... atleast a 15 minute wait. I don't know why there isn't 2 drive-thrus at one location. One for just beverages and one foreverything else. All the people ordering breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and wraps take soooo long! It's legit like a 5 minutewait for each car ahead of you and there's never less than 10 cars. If Digby is going through a population boom due to all theOntario, East Indian, Chinese and Ukraine people moving here, then the town needs to step up and meet the demand by expandingservices, drive-thrus etc. No reason the people who have lived here all their life should have to wait 30 minutes in a line upfor a coffee, because everyone from outside of Nova Scotia chose to take up residency in our little town. Food and service is good, but online orders seem to be handled messily sometimes (could be fault of app developpers or CEO... decisions). Also, parking is ok but the drivethru line can stretch out into SS / Walmart parking lot driveway and even to theintersection on the road. Please ask this establishment owner to fix this as it is a hazzard, not to mention the entrance to TimHortons gets blocked this way and people drive out onto the grass to get in. Read more
My first Tim Hortons, comparable to Dunkin but now with an available Beyond Meat "sausage" option.
Busy location yet no wait inside. Nice layout with seating for conversations or sitting alone to work on your computer or read.... There is a fireplace and was on in August. Good selection of coffee, donuts, muffins, and other delights. Read more
I've come here a few times, and the customer service is lacking. The other Tim Hortons in town has much better customer service... and friendly staff. Read more
