So usually I have no complaints about Chimayo there food is great. However the last time I went in there I got the chicken... tacos and asked for extra Chimayo sauce, Never received it and then went I went to pay my total was 8.55 the other day after mypayment on my card was 10.12 when it went through this is the second time this has happened I did not leave a tip ad the servicewas not great explain to me please why it was changed. I am thinking about never going back. Or just using cash so thisdoesn't happen again even though it's not much with everything that is going on with the economy and everything this is shadybehavior for a business. I was definitely looking forward to trying Chimayo after driving 60 miles from Denver. What a total let down. The attitudes of... the manager and some of the employees were so bad I just walked out. It started with the Manager who identifies himself as Markwho asked me to step out of the entryway with an attitude, he proceeds to straighten the carpet and then just under his breathsays ok. I get to the register to order and ask for Pork Green Chile and the guy just looks at me with a blank stare and thenasks a female but she had no interest in helping and just walks away ignoring both of us. I ask the guy helping me will it beavailable later and he can?t even answer that and really doesn?t have much interest in finding out. At this point there is noway I?m going to support this business and ask for the manager who again is Mark which started my experience off so bad. Itfloored me that we was in management and just had the worst attitude you could imagine, then proceeded to mock me when I advisedthat there would be a review of my experience and throws his hands up giggling. Well we have no photos of the food because it was so good we gobbled it up! My friend is a vegan so we REALLY appreciated the... vegan options. She had a bean and veggie burrito. My other two friends got a meat burrito with queso on top and the devouredthem. I had the grilled shrimp and fish tacos and it was amazing!!!! Finally they had churros too and it was so great!!!! Their fish tacos were excellent. Someone recommended this place and we stopped after skiing and it was really delicious!! Fish... was perfect the Chimayo sauce complimented it amazingly.
