We love stopping by Dillion Dam Brewery! If you can sit outside the patio is nice and upstairs has AMAZING views of the... mountains. We have tried many things, but the favorite has been Mike's Ale Onion Soup. WOAH! After a day of hiking in the snowthere was nothing better, the flavor was great. Highly recommend trying them. Sadly only got 1 photo of our meal, however there was nothing disappointing about our food and our service. Ironically we didn't... drink any "beer" while there but we did get their homemade root beer and boy was it worth it for us 30 year olds who just reallywanted some dinner. We have visited this location a couple of times over the years and have enjoyed it each time. I always order a burger when I... go. This time I ordered the fryguy burger with bison meat. Do not be afraid to order it medium rare, bison is very lean andcan dry out if you order it cooked too well. We also ordered the trout and it was very flavorful. The location has decreasedits amount of seating so it may be a wait to get in. Ours was 45 minute wait on a Tuesday evening at about 5:30 and made it intime to take advantage of happy hour.
