Not sure who was working today, but they must have hired new people and did not train them. Girl with dark hair remade my drink... twice and still wasn?t correct. The person behind me in line also had to have drink remade. Girl had a horrible attitude andlaughed in my face when I told her drink was incorrect. Read more

Idk who the nice barista was working drive thru was around 12 on Saturday but you are a delight. They ran out of ham and cheese... croissants and they good humor and quick thinking was top notch. Read more

Worst customer service! Young lady working can?t be bothered to help anyone loves you standing for a good 10 minutes without... saying a word. Make herself a drink! Really Starbucks maybe you should really rethink putting your stores in grocery store.They?re really giving you a bad name. Read more

The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life!!!!! Three women behind the counter: one unpacking a cart... full of supplies, one taking orders looking completely confused the entire time, and another making drinks while stopping totalk to everyone. This is the first Starbucks i visit here in Colorado and have never experienced bad service like i did today. We come from Texas... and the Starbucks back home are always kind and friendly. I don?t normally post reviews, and if I could post less than one star I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had at... any Starbucks - I felt I had a duty to inform the manager of this store of how incredibly rude, inefficient, and ineffectivetheir employees are. I would be truly ashamed if I found out any of my employees treated my customers the way I was treated thismorning. Reading through the reviews it seems that mine is not an isolated experience, which is an embarrassment. Hopefullymanagement takes care of this issue, or corporate takes care of this management - either way I will never know, as I will not bestopping at this location again. Read more
