Just went for my favorite iced tea. Line in drive thru was soooo long. Lobby closed due to lack of employees. People in outside... online order area had been waiting and waiting. I wanted to just run in and grab a tea, but ended up leaving due to the wait.Where have all the workers in this nation gone??? Thankful for those that are working, but couldn't wait today. Read more

Terrible terrible service. Hair in the food, both drinks were wrong drinks, each burger only had one pickle slice. The lady at... the window didn?t tell us the cost for everything and was very blunt. Read more

In this case, it is all about service and response. Ordered a Big Mac with mustard instead of special sauce for takeout. Left,... but did examine the burger. There was no mustard. I examined the entire burger - oh, ok, one dollop (I mean really small) ofmustard on the bottom area. I went back in, and asked what had happened. Tina, the swing manager, seemed to be almost waitingfor this, and immediately jumped in. "The mustard squeezer doesn't put much out." as she imitated squeezing a bottle. "Whydidn't you squeeze a few more times?" I asked. "It's just the way it is," was her response. She walked me over to the condimentarea and handed me a few mustard packets - do it yourself. I left, but her attitude really disturbed me. She had no interest infilling the order correctly, and dismissed me as well. I returned again, handed the untouched (other than looking for mustard)burger and mustard packets back, saying - "this is not satisfactory. I want a refund." This seemed to shock them. What? Dustincame over, and was very professional. Seeing I was upset, he said, "What will it take to make this OK?" I said, a refund, atfirst, but he seemed sincere - so I finally said, "Can you just make the burger the way I requested versus dismissing me?" Henodded, made me a new Big Mac (it definitely had lots of mustard :) showing it wasn't that hard), and then also refunded mypurchase, making it free. Now that's good service. Dustin was great. Because of Tina - I give a 1 star rating. Dustin raised it- only to 2, because this should not have happened, but he was a redeeming factor. Again, this is all about the people, not thefood. How was the Big Mac? Really, pretty good. And my spouse's 1/4pounder/cheese meal was good (and didn't need to getmentioned till now). But even at McDonald's, the order is about food, cleanliness, and service. Read more

I had a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The oil on the fries tasted strange also the crispy chicken tasted strange. I was... sick by the time I got to Glens Ferry, Idaho. I really think I got food poisoning. Read more

Very dirty--no towels or tp in the bathroom. Ordered food to eat at park. Get there, missing a drink. Go back and discover... the quarter pounder had cheese when we ordered no cheese and the slip clearly said no cheese. Ordered a kids hamburger, plain,it came with everything on it. Out of 4 meals-- 3 were wrong. Read more

Newer looking McDonalds, okay clean inside but both the Men's and Women's restrooms were out out toilet paper. I was told they... "were working on it." I waited no toilet paper was forthcoming. And there was even a "paper towel" shortage at this McDonald'srestaurant so to even wash your hands you had nothing to dry them with. I realize there is a shortage of people to work but... Read more

Love the mobile order and pay! You can go thru the drive thru, stop and wait at one of the mobile order spots or go inside.... Drive thru is my favorite- just go to the order sign and tell them your code. Then pull up to the pick up window and bam! Food,or Coke as the case may be in my case. Love it!! Went there during the power outage... these guys were fantastic! Thecomputers lost the order, but the staff was fantastic in recreating the order and doing it in less than the three minutes ittakes to play a round of my game CubeCube. I?m impressed!! Read more
