My wife ordered three pizzas then called me and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there right at 20 minutes and stood... at the counter for five minutes. The pizza was sitting on the counter ready to go and I stood there for another 10 minutesbefore I had to ask somebody if that was mine. They said it was and apologized and gave it to me. I left thinking $85 was a lotof money for two pizzas. I reviewed the receipt and realized there was three pieces. Call them back to tell them they didn?tgive me my third pizza and it they knew that I was missing it. No offer to make anything right or even an apology. Terribleservice. And not great pizza. Find your pizza elsewhere. All calls go to a call center now where the representative you get is rude. When you finally get... somebody who is willing to speak they don't know anything about the location. Expectations for customer service are in law butdang. Read more

I ordered a take out and when I went to pick it up, all the doors were locked. A guy was sitting inside on his phone. About 20... minutes later I was at my car at hotel and someone drove thru the pickup lane and had to hang on the window. Someone finallyopened it, so I finally got my pizza 20 minutes later, after I already ordered from another place!!! It cost me $50 in pizzabecause of their locked doors and no signs!!!???? I ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and received a cheese pizza. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza. I also... ordered 8 boneless wings with the parmesan garlic sauce. The wings I received had no sauce on them and a little bit of sauce atthe bottom of the container. I am highly dissatisfied and do not plan on returning any time soon. Read more
I tried to order from Pizza Hut, they send you not to the direct order from the local shop but a call Center to take your... order?I called 2 times & three times, first time disconnected on their end, next I called back, the girl didn?t know how to takethe order as we were at a local hotel and passed me off to another call centre personal, when I said I was ordering delivery toa local hotel I was hung up on?well I got way better service from another local pizza shop and way better service too. Prompt delivery, this was my first pizza in 2 years, I am diabetic and it has been off my dietary options. I found out I have... late stage terminal cancer and decided pizza was back on the diet as I wanted to have some very enjoyable food for a change. Itwas one of the most delicious meals I have had in the 2 years that I was not able to eat carbs due to the restrictions. Thankyou for a very nice meal and great service. Read more
The workers purposely ignore the phone, I called and was on the line for 5 minutes, gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking... "they might just be taking another phone order and it's taking a while" then I placed an online order and went to pick it up.When I was there there were plenty of workers in the back and the phone was ringing like they didn't want to pick it up,pretending they couldn't hear it but obviously just didn't want to take an order.
