The worst dominos location! Our order got delivered an hour and half after receiving a text that it?s on the way. It finally got... delivered but we had missing items, I called them and this guy answered and ask for the address and hung up the phone! Rudeworkers. This management should be ashamed hiring rude workers. These workers don?t wanna work and don?t wanna be bothered sowhy hire them! Hire better worker! And by the way the pizza is not cook enough!!!! Got my order wrong.Would not answer phone.Stayed on hold 20 minutes.Did not get my pizza or a free pizza cause they got my order... wrong.There is no complaint line toll free #.You have to fill out a form and hope someone sees it.WILL NOT STAND BY AD THAT SAYSYOU GET A FREE PIZZA IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG.I mean we got vege when we ordered meat.Do yourself a favor,dont waste your time atDominos!Poorest customer service and Company service I have ever experienced. Text message said it was otw at 6:08. At 6:58 I attempted to call and find out where my pizza was since the tracking said... "Completed". No answer. So I drove up there in FIVE minutes. By the time I got there my husband called and said it was at myhouse. One hour after scheduled delivery, and gas money later, I finally have my pizza. Tracking isn't accurate. And tookforever. I ordered my food at 9:36pm and was told that there was a bit of delay and I should receive my food in about 45 mins. I was okay... with that! 10:30 came and I realized they never asked for my room number, so I called them back and gave it to them and also askfor an ETA. George stated ?it?s coming out the oven now and should be to you in 15 mins!? 11:00 comes and I check online to seewhat time the store closes. They close at 11:00. I give them another 15 mins and I call the store again at 11:15. The driver,Jerry/Gary (one or the other) answers and I proceed to ask him about my order. He rudely says to me ?we are closed, you will geta refund and hangs up the phone on me? I jump in my vehicle and go to the store and Jerry/Gary (one or the other) tells me I canwait 30 mins till the manager gets there and he can?t help me. While waiting, the front desk of my hotel calls me to say mypizza is there at 11:50!! I received my pizza nice and ice cold!!! Long story short, I went to bed hungry!! Read more

Really terrible pizza. My crust was undercooked, toppings thrown haphazardly on the pizza and way too much sauce ;literally... pizza drowning in sauce. The person that waited on me was miserable and listen I get it , we all have bad days and I?msympathetic to whatever that individual was dealing with but please walk away and don?t just take it out on my food. Second timethis has happened, just keep driving a few more minutes down the road to Kings Pizza in Dillon or Latta. So not worth orderinghere. Read more
