I really wanna give them zero stars but that wasn?t an option! This the 2nd time I asked for a large sweet tea an got nothing... but coffee! They are the worst McDonald?s ever. Same as most McDonalds ever been through, rating very dependent on staffing issues. There were numerous errors in our order and... the sandwiches looked like they were assembled in a rock tumbler. My coffee was just beginning to brew and they caught itdirectly into my cup so while it was hot, it was the equivalent of an espresso. Read more
Husband went to get food sat in outside lane no one took his order. They took several orders (4 cars) on the inside lane and he... sat there for. Almost 10 min.. So he drove up thinking the speaker was broken and they told him they don't take orders at thewindow. That's not customer service. The young man was extremely rude at the window too! Read more
While the food was hot & good, the person working the drive thru had a seriously bad attitude. There's no need to be... unnecessarily rude and impatient. We were from out of state and asked for the address to complete our in app order. The employeescoffed and rudely replied "I don't know the address." Really? You don't know what street your job is on? Luckily, we won't bein this area again, so can easily avoid this McDonalds. Read more
There was 2 ice coffee that was totally wrong was supost to be mocca and they was caramel ice. This is the second time i have... ordered from there and the order has been wrong. I will never again get anything from there again. You guys are so numb. Badwork ethic in a very bad way. Read more
By no fault of the employees, we were pretty disappointed this location doesn't offer breakfast all day. To be off the... interstate and hosting travelers, it seems they should. But the employees were nice and polite. Food came out hot. And wedefinitely got our extra Mac Sauce and extra pickles. ???? Perfect. Read more
I still love an old fashioned double cheeseburger. Staff is professional and they are fast. Service with a smile ????
