My favorite fast food place. Beside my usual Beef & Cheddar sandwich, I tried the strawberry cream desert and it was so... delicious. I expected it to be sweet but was pleasantly surprised that it was just the right taste. The young man that took ourorder was pleasant. We ordered to go but I noticed the facility was clean. We were greeted upon arrival so that was cool. Thestaff was busy at work and keeping the orders moving along. Keep up the good work! Read more
I think I really confused the worker when I ordered a gyro without the pita. Once they figured it out to put it in a box instead... of the paper wrapper things were good. Read more
The food was terrible. We got the cheesesteak and there was hardly any steak on the roll. It tasted like we were eating bread.... We stopped at another restaurant on our way home because we were still hungry. Awful experience. Very disappointed. Read more
Great service. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Very good, but the roast beef is much better
Not very good experience. Before ordering, i asked the cashier if the chicken ranch and classic beef were 2/$6, as their menu... stated in the restaurant. The cashier confirmed they were, so i ordered one of each. I stepped aside and let my partnerorder. After he paid and we left the restaurant, i saw the receipt and we were charged full price for both sandwiches. $3 morethan what we were supposed to be charged. That's just terrible service. If i hadn't explicitly asked her, that would have beenbad given that i called after we were back on the road to confirm that they are indeed 2/$6. But the fact i asked her and shestill rang it up regular price. That's TERRIBLE service! After calling, the girl told me she could give me a refund. After itold her we're not from the area and we're already miles away. She said id have to call tomorrow to speak to the generalmanager. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, would have been to take down my name and number and to have the general manager contact me. After all, they're the ones who made the mistake. Read more
I am a Philly folk so I know better than to get my expectations high when it comes to "Philly Cheesestakes". I got the spicy... Cheesestake and it came a sloppy mess, like cheesestake soup with some sauce on a roll. I know cheesestakes are messy but notfor this reason. This thing fell apart quicker than a teen pregnancies hopes and dreams and it was a sloppy mess. As a sandwichit tasted good but with all of the other amazing offerings that Arby's has there is no need for me to purchase this again. In all actuality the ratings was a 3 star. But thanks to the care and concern of the young lady at the cash register who took my... order, l happily bump up my rating to a full 5 stars. Here's why: I had not been to Arbys in a long time but had been reallywanting to get there to try the gyros, which were at a special 2 for $6 price. I ordered the traditional Greek choice for both,but one of them no sauce. I ate inside. To my dismay, both sandwiches had sauce. I was not happy at this time. The young ladyemployee said "don't worry, I'll take care of it." And she did! I got to keep both sandwiches with sauce, ( lucky for myhusband), and I was presented with table service of a fresh new sandwich that was fit for a queen. The exterior is not well lit. The interior was average clean at best. The hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. Service was not... with a smile. Fries were hot but Market Fresh sandwiches were not thick but very thin on meat, etc. and not properly made.Restrooms were just okay. We were surprised by the Arby's as others we have been at would rank higher. Read more
