The electronic order thing is a joke. Thankfully, I was able to order at the counter. They were busy. But kept food coming out.... Unsweetened tea was good.. You never know, if it's gonna be fresh or 12 hours old.. Read more
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich and a Large Sweet Tea with Light Ice. Both items had some issues. First and... foremost, the good is that the Chicken in the sandwich was fresh and hot, unfortunatly the tomatoes on the sandwich were old andmushy. I ordered a Large Sweet Tea with light ice, i got ALOT more ice than i asked for (This is nowhere near an issue, justwaters down the drink and you get less with more ice). Overall, a good meal but i will make sure to ask for new tomatoes nexttime. Read more
It's hilarious how many people are willing to whine and complain about McDonald's when they're plenty of place's to eat within... walking distance. The line around the building usually extends into the parking lot and sometimes even blocks the entrypoints..... If I had a month of their income I could go on one heck of a vacation ! Keep driving! Very frustrating to hear the car BEHIND you get waited on before you. No one was taking orders when I was in front... of the first drive-thru speaker. After pulling up to the second speaker, no one greeted me there either. Then I heard the manbehind me in line ordering! Someone finally told me to "wait." Then the planets aligned and I was asked for my order. I told thegirl about not being waited on but she was completely unconcerned. When I told her an apology was in order, she told me thereare two lines. That is completely incorrect: there is one line and two SPEAKERS. Terribly rude. Better to drive away hungry thanbe treated like this by disrespectful employees. (Not to mention that there are OTHER restaurants close by.) Read more
My sons autistic and they were only serving breakfast but he needed his fries. Normally we stay away from fast food. I called... and asked if they started their lunch menu?obviously I knew they didn?t. I called and asked if they could do fries this onetime. The men's room is disgusting. The floors are sticky with what I assume is urine. Toilet paper laying all over the floor. If... that's how you maintain your bathrooms I'm not going to eat the food. Read more
