Horrible experience tonight. Ordered ahead on the app. Waited over 40 minutes. Granted, it was a fairly big order. Still wasn?t... ready and we were forced to leave to make it a ballgame. Another car had ordered two items only and waited over 20 minutesbefore leaving. Staff didn?t care of the inconvenience. We went after school to get hot fudge sundaes but the they were out of hot fudge so we got ice cream cones instead. We had to... wait a bit since they are short handed. After school they get busy so prepare for a wait. Read more
We waited around 15 minutes in drives in and no one responded while hearing others get serviced. Later went through the drive... thur. While waiting we got our drink that were all larges but got one large. We also see other people get their food before us.As all of this we see the workers standing there doing nothing. Once we got our food that was clearing on the counter it wascold. Over needs to hirer more workers that actually work! Read more
Not worth the hassle to stop. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru for them to return my debit card after I was given the one... drink I ordered 10 minutes earlier. Several cars were served in the line behind me and pulled around so there was no reason tokeep my card. Staff was short and rude I had to knock on the window twice to be served. I don't care what the owner has to say -this is a warning to avoid this place if you value your time and don't wanted to be treated like garbage. Read more
