I have been to this location for decades. I'm still surprised that they have not moved the location to the new side of town. ... This location is in an abandoned retail area. It's really our of the way of you want to eat and are in Walmart shopping center.It's an old building. We noticed right away that it smelled old, it was a strong, penetrated smell of old grease. Just waited in line all the way out of the Jack In the Box parking lot with 11 cars in front of me before reaching the ordering... speaker. Waited and waited. After fifteen minutes of sitting in the same spot not seeing anyone leave the drive out of the exitthat entire time. So I call the restaurant asking if there?s a problem or something I should be aware of. I get some extremelyrude person on the line that could care less about what I am asking. All I am told is that it gets busy at nights and somepeople order a lot. Ok that?s all understandable. But at the same time, if it was my restaurant I would see that there is anabsolute need for a change of the way that this is handled. For example let?s think about McDonald?s drive thru. They never letlines stack up so that they?re not even on the property any longer. If there was a customer with a large order that is going tohold up or back up the line of other customers they simply have that customer pull around to a designated parking spot to waitfor there food?.and when it?s ready it is taken out to that waiting customer in the designated parking spot for the drive thru.This keeps their line moving, efficiently I must say. I?m not trying to say McDonald?s is great or anything near that, but theysure as heck know how to run a drive thru properly. The way that Jack in the box in dinuba is handling theirs now is beyondridiculous. I waited five more minutes for a total of twenty minutes of not seeing one person exit the drive through from theexit, all the while sitting in the same spot with eleven cars ahead of me before I would have even gotten to order. Needless tosay I left, and five cars behind me followed suit. Someone in charge over there had better start paying attention to theirrestaurant and make some changes. Up in Dinuba for business staying in a local hotel. Decided to try this JITB out. Pulled up in my car, there were already about... 7 cars in line, and did not move for 5 minutes! Quickly left and went down the street to McDonald's! Too bad, I was reallywanting to try out these new Monster Tacos...???? Read more
