I check and it was a regular steak & cheese the old school comes with extra steak which it... didn't, I refuse to pay $13.99 for a regular large steak & cheese so I politely ask for my money back. I took my family there last Saturday and when my daughter placed her order she made a mistake on the order. When we got our bag... and inspected the food 1 of the orders was wrong, but it was because my daughter misunderstood what came on the sandwich. So Ipolitely bought it to their attention and these 2 ladies at the counter immediately had the cooking team replace our item. Ididn't get their names but their service went above & beyond! This was my first order. I absolutely loved the presentation of the meal along with the packaging and it was tasty too. The only... con is that it was too messy for my liking which made my cheese steak soggy. I did order the works on it but the bread was wetand it was supposed to be toasted. Always liked Charleys. So, I was excited to see a new one open in my area. The employees somewhat overlook you as you come to... the counter to order. They were more into one another than focusing on the customer. I ordered the small cheesesteak and 6boneless wings. The wings were not great at all. The cheesesteak was made properly but it was cold. Which was odd since I waitedin the store as they made it. No sauce was given for the wings. When I asked for it, the cashier seemed upset. No celery, whichwas bad as you need them with wings. Hi! I entered the Charlie?s about 1pm on Sunday 9/11 approximately 1pm and was greeted by a young lady with glasses. I ordered... my food and she Informed me that it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I asked for a side of mayo for my fries and the youngman upfront politely handed me the pack of mayo but I informed him that I preferred fresh mayo from the grill. The young ladyrespectfully asked me was I allergic to tomatoes to avoid any allergy reactions. I thought that question was mindful andempathetic! My food was prepared just as ordered? fresh and hot. I give the employees here today 5 starts as they werephenomenal and professional. That is my overall experience at Charlie?s!
