The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can?t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His... entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a specialcoffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son?s missing stuffed animal and while wedidn?t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black catat this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. My 2.5 year old son adores this stuffedanimal and is so sad it?s missing. The store has our information/you can message me here if you have any information. While heading out with my curbside order, I noticed that the mandarins we're missing from my fruit cup. When I returned to... obtain a new fruit cup they quickly brought out another fruit cup and a card for a free chicken sandwich. Chic Fila A's customerservice is still the best. Read more

Fast, friendly and accurate service! This dining room had very limited seating, perhaps for elevated COVID conditions. Dining... room was clean and part of it setup for deliveries and/or online order pick up. I appreciated the option of dine in for mysituation, even though it was limited. Read more

Listen chick FIL a is the best anyway, but this one I love and so glad it's close to my residence. The staff is so friendly and... depending on the day they already know what I'm going to order. They are proficient and very effective in getting their longdrive through lines moving quickly. They are patient with me checking my orders before departing and I appreciate that most as Imake large orders due to my family dynamics. Read more

I ordered my food for delivery and received a text message stating that my food had been delivered. There was nobody at my door... and no food either. My food was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the restaurant and then the number specifically fordeliveries at 11:25am. I told them what happened and asked for a refund for food that was not delivered to me. They said they?dask the manager about my request. I did not hear anything, so I contacted them again at 3:40pm and was told that the morningmanager was gone for the day and would get back to me tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable. What is there to figure out? Nodelivery = full refund. Read more

Ok so it?s difficult to find a good star to choose for my rating because the day crew at this location does a great job with... getting my order right and providing great customer service but everything flips come evening time. My experience with some ofthe evening crew has been irritating. Some of the employees don?t seem like they want to work, the food quality goes downhilllike burnt fries, dried chicken and wrong orders. The evening management team needs to get their staff in order. I order about 25-50 chicken sandwiches once a month for a safety stand down on a construction site. Their staff is extremely... patience and friendly. They open at 6am and they always have my order completed by 6:05am. They work effectively. I appreciatethis team and the service they?ve provided me over the past 7 month. Read more
