This location has consistently been below our expectations based on other Jerry's. Without fail something is wrong with our... order every time we have tried to go here. They rarely ever have the food ready at their expected time for take away and if theydo its cold. Then the manager has an attitude and won't fix problems. So Ive have been picking up at this establishment but have never ate here, due to the fact the tables are always dirty in there.... Why would i eat somewhere that has a problem maintaining cleanliness? And this was before the pandemic. Now i go in today andthe tables as usual are dirty. Terrible! The girl taking my order seemed lost in space, she asked me to repeat my order 4 times and seemed to seriously be... struggling with the cash register. The food came and was made incorrectly. When we brought it to their attention there was noapology for the error. The fries were ice cold and my boyfriend asked for hot fries. They said they would make new ones andbring them to our table. Never happened. We ate our sandwiches and asked for a refund for the fries on our way.
