Potato wedges and chicken wings are cooked in "dirty grease". Paid $13 that sunday and felt sick afterwards. I would not come... back there again! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how well put together this location was. The coffee area was spotless... the coffee was... well stocked, the hot water was easy to find for my tea, the tea bags were well stocked, the staff was pleasant and friendly,the bathroom was clean, the chicken was fresh and the gas pumps were working properly! Poor customer service. The people making the food are very slow in the morning. Also the girl making the pre made sandwiches... dropped 2 on the floor and still put them in the warmer for sale. Read more
Listen.. this location just opened not too long ago but yet it looks disgusting inside and outside. I literally saw dude look... at the sink and turn away and immediately and then go put on gloves. Then handle for like what? Never never go inside just getgas and go. Read more
I went to Royal farms today to get some lunch, I ordered a Italian sub but they were out of lettuce tomato and onion. I... substituted with banana pepper and the sub is actually bust and busting even though it looks like empty and sad. Luckily nowthat I have this excellent sub my belly is not empty or sad anymore. Since this location opened I have tried to order food here 7 times as of today. The first 5 times I was told they were out of... the food I ordered (which seemed odd since I ordered some form of chicken. The sixth time I placed my order and was told theydid not have what I ordered, so I asked to speak to a manager. I was informed that not only did they have the type of chicken Iordered, it just wasn't ready at that very moment. This poor communication from this one instance makes me wonder if this hadhappened the previous 5 times. Today I placed my order and was met with the usual uninterested customer service as usual. While it took very long, much longer than I would expect fast food fried chicken as they advertise, I finally recieved my order. I got home (less than 500 feet away) to find my side dish was almost ice cold. In the process of writing this review Idiscovered I didn't even recieve the entire order so I had to walk back and rectify the situation. If I owned Royal Farms Iwould pull this franchise and demolish it to hide the fact that this location ever existed. I don't know if it is poormanagement or what. I have been a kid working a child type job, but I have never seen an enterprise get it wrong thisconsistently and stick around. They are creating a very bad name for the franchise. Read more
