Hands down worst experience at a Wendy's, if there were an award yall'd've won it. Lady at the drive through at a terrible tone... and when taking my order didn't ask if that was all I wanted and told me to go to the next window after only ordering my firstitem. Didn't say a word to me at the second window and didn't give me a receipt. Also while at the second window I find out shewas talking on her phone the whole time. Not to mention my sandwich was room temp at best. Do not waste your money or time here. Read more
I ordered a #3. My fries were hot thats why I gave 2 stars but my nuggets was the problem. I ordered regular nuggets but they... hid the spicy nuggets under the regular ones. I didn't see this until after I got bk to work AND I don't have a receipt. Read more
Worst drive through service and nasty food. I always like Wendy's burgers, but this Wendy is the worst. Most of the employee... serving food had no covering on their head. They dint even tell you think you have a nice day. Read more
Came here this morning pulled up to the drive thru and the lady with hoop earrings had an attitude from the start . Stay home if... you gonna be having an attitude with customers. Not only that but our order was missing fries aswell after we repeated it twicefor her to add on . I saw some other lady return back cause her food was messed up too . Asked for a spicy hot honey chicken sandwich and got grilled. Who in the world said anything about grilled? Received no receipt... for my order, but I'll take the blame on that. Coldest fries ever. Y'all have youngsters running the night shift. They have nocare in the world. Read more
Food was hot and tasty. Customer service was great and restaurant was clean.
Couldnt even get anything i was picking up for door dash is was 9pm and you have to wait in the drive thru for the order because... the inside is closed. Workers standing around and drive thru line is stretched out to the highway. I called this place six timeson the sixth time they picked up and told me i had to wait if was up to me i would have left but this was door dash and i waswaiting 20 min in line before the customer finally just canceled their order pictures taken was my position in line afterwaiting 2 min. The customer service is the absolute worst. I attempt to order an ice coffee from here every morning and the drive thru cashier,... Nesha, always tells me they are out of coffee and is always extremely rude. I have submitted complaints and no one ever reachesout. This is an epitome of a ?Hood? Wendy?s. Stay away. Read more
