This place is very run down. Their service is drive thru and window only, so you can't walk in to place your order. If you don't... have a car and you walk in through the front entrance, you will be made to go to the window (right of the entrance), whichbarely opens and once you do open it, it will try and fall back shut. When I went here for training during rush hour, there wereonly kids working here, and they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. The place was filthy, and the sink in the backwas infested with flies. The owner, Debra Sisun, fired me after two forty-five minute shifts. How am I supposed to learn a firstjob with an hour and a half of experience? Coworkers complain about not receiving paychecks as well. If I could give zero stars,I absolutely would. Read more

I was surprised when I saw they had no sugar added ices on their menu, which is really great since there are those in my family... who are diabetic. Tried the no sugar added cherry and chocolate mousse and they were both amazing. I?m eager to try out theother flavors they have next time and I hope they keep the no sugar added flavors on the menu. This is one of the best places in Long Island to get ice cream or icees! Granted, if you don't live there, it's a bit of a... drive. But it's totally worth it. I got an ice cream sundae and it was delicious! I wanted to get another because, you know,fat! But ... if you're in the area, make sure you stop by and grab yourself a tasty treat. I loved Ralph?s Italian ices for so long but after what I?ve witnessed I might not enjoy the Italian ice shop like I used to.... one of the managers sent a employee home crying and made a huge scene out of it. The disrespect was unreal, I felt uncomfortablein the store and wanted to exit as soon as possible it was one of the worst experiences I?ve had in my life. Read more
My mother loves the honeydew ices but she has recently been manipulated by Ralph's to give them more business. The establishment... in Dix Hills NEVER has the flavour honey dew or rather any flavour my mother enjoys, even though other Ralph's do.
