I ordered for delivery before a storm today, so we didn?t have to drive far to get food to eat. We were very much looking... forward to eating the wings. When receiving the order we only got half the wings and a replacement (unapproved and unknown) ofroot beer instead of coca cola (we dont drink root beer). I called the wingstop to let them know and all she could say is we canremake it and you can come pick it up. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering delivery and when asked for a refund she informedme it would take 5 days and she immediately hung up on us. I would not recommend this location. Read more
I had bought me my meal and went back to refill my drink and one of the managers said I couldn't. When another costumer came... and they were able to get a refill. Management their are raises. Bad service. Read more
Unprofessional. Manager asked me what I was looking at. I was looking at your bogus eyelashes. While taking my order one of the... employees digging all in her purse to find change so she can buy her some Jose Cuervo that she told the manager to go get. Thechicken sandwich was amazing though. Placed two bundle specials and did not get my fries in one order. Simply was told to come get them, unacceptable when they... should have packed the order correctly from the beginning. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told apparently there is nomanager on duty. How is that even possible for a business to run with no management. Horrible customer service. Tia and Lesliedid not help at all. I simply wanted a refund for what a fries cost. Why am i going to waste gas because a fast food restaurantcannot follow everyday procedure. I went here today. I live in Calumet city and I have a wing stop right near me in Lansing, South Holland and Highland I drove... all the way to dixie hwy for great service and a clean restaurant. This place is awesome very clean and they greeted me as soonas I walked in African American lady with braids I think her name was Yolonda she is the best Keep up the great work Read more

Excellent customer service, Kira was amazing along with the cook. This was my first time at this particular location and the... wings were thoroughly cook along with everything I ordered. Everything was great! I will definitely come back and refer peopleto this location. Plus the restaurant was very clean and welcoming to customers. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Read more
Food is good but when you do a online order they forget .and once you get inside you still have to wait another 20 to 25 mins
