Pulled up and was told " umm there is going to be a long wait" our response " do you have an estimated wait " well, I have to... take the orders and make the orders" ummm...ok I thought this was your job, we didn't place an order and left. Hi, I just got a Oreo milk shake from DoorDash and once that was delivered to me asap, my drink was completely melted, these... people were probably kids or something who don’t want to deal with customers last minute. I hope I can get a refund orsomething soon because this was ridiculous what these people in the store are doing. If it’s close to closing time at 1:30,have the sympathy to just make the order quick correctly. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Every night after a certain hour they put chairs in the drive through so no one can come... through despite them advertising they're open 24 hours. You can almost always see the workers just walking around. This isunacceptable since this is the only 24 hour fast food spot on dixon. Read more
The area outside was clean and I was able to get my chocolate shake pretty quick. I just wish the woman at window didn't try to... hand me my card, receipt, and shake all at the same time. Was a little difficult for me. Other than thatmy experience was prettystandard for a fast food place right off the freeway. Read more
Horrible experience I walked in and asked for two tacos to go all I had was 20 dollar bills and some change. I handed her a 20... and she said don't you have some change I said yeah but can you please just do it out of the 20 I like to keep my quarters forother things and she says why don't you just give me the change with the 20 and I explained her if this is really a problemmaybe I should go somewhere else she handed me my 20 back and I left I'm very dissatisfied that Jack in the box doesn't likebreaking a 20 dollar bill.
