Customer service needs to be better. I ordered & picked up a pizza to realize when I got home my order was wrong. I called to... let them know my order was wrong & instead of apologizing, she says ?I made the pizza for your order & I did put the rightingredients, i don?t know how it?s wrong all ingredients should be on your pizza? ?.. Obviously not miss if I?m calling about myorder being wrong? So not only did I get attitude I had to drive to take back the pizza they messed up on (she said I had tobring the pizza back) & wait another 25 mins for my actual pizza with no apology. Ordered my pizza for delivery and get called an hour later they don't have a driver and asked if I could pick it up. Then when I... get there 4 people behind the counter not busy You think one of them could make the delivery ( 1.3 miles away) Then I get hometo eat it and it was over cooked and they forgot the sauce, had to throw it away along with my $20. They messed up my orders, not once but three times in a row whenever I ordered from this store. To be honest, I opened and... probably touched the food when it was delivered because I wanted to check if they gave me the right order or not. After that, Idon?t know if they give that food for someone else or throw away. Be careful! Read more
Went to pick up my pizza the most expensive pizza in town and they don't take 100.just got off work all I had ..plus once a... month there are all new people getting sloppy on making pizza no pride. So had to get changed at 7-11 they take 100.00 unrealdone with this place Read more
Ordered a medium pizza and bread twists at 5pm and at 5:40pm I got a text saying my food was ready and on the way for delivery.... 30 minutes later still no pizza so I call and the girl says it should be any minute she made no effort of actually verifyinganything or I guess it didn?t register to her that it shouldn?t take 30 minutes for someone to deliver a pizza 2 miles down thestreet which is how far i live from round table. Another 15 minutes later after 45 total minutes of just waiting for deliveryfood finally arrived. Just horrible service i?ll be sticking with cenarios from now on. Read more
Arrived there with my son soccer team like around 30 people at around 9:20pm on a Friday night. When we walk in they said they... were Already closed. Google says they close at 11 pm and online ir says 30 minute wait time lol ???? but they are closed. So sadfor the owners they could of pocketed another $400 bucks ???? Read more
