Ordered online, showed up at the time specified. Waited ten minutes while the two baristias screwed up so many orders that they... have not even started mine. When I asked another employee to help them as they were falling behind, his response was "we dontwant to many chefs in the kitchen" REALLY???? You can squirt the flavors in the cups or scoop some ice or something to help themcatch up? You no team player ,should lose your job, sorry excuse for an employee, has no care for the customer which should beyour whole entire goal!!!!! This Starbucks is in Dixon, Ca and very convenient for a caffeine pick me up on the way up Hwy 80. Although they get a lot of... visitors....the staff is usually very friendly and the place is very clean. Plus I love their cute chalk signs! They make itfeel more "homey". Read more

Second time this happens..... I call ahead to place a traveler and when I show up to pick up they say they gave it away. Even... called again before going to let them know I was running late for the traveler and again was not ready when I went to pick up.What's the point of having to call ahead when they never have it ready anyways.
