Instead of a normal drive-through, they had a worker standing with an iPad taking orders in the drive-through lane, in 90°... direct sun, with no shade. At the least, a shade umbrella could be provided. I asked “ Is the drive-through broken?” Theworker replied: “ No they’re just having us do this because it makes our time better.” And the time was very fast. It wasprobably 30 seconds from when I finished paying to when I picked up my food and…. surprise surprise, the food wascold! Because you can’t make hot food in 30 seconds! This is inhumane treatment of workers, in the service of meeting a timequota, which only ends up resulting in an inferior food product. All in all a lose-lose situation. I received a chicken power bowl which was lacking 2 of the five ingredients. I went back with my receipt, and was told I would... need to call the next day. The guy who took my order seemed to think i should have asked them to include everything as aspecial order... so lame.... Read more
Service is extremely bad. Waited over half an hour to not receive food, and instead prepared food for new people going through... the drive through and door dash orders. None of the employees cared either, instead argued with us and wanted us to wait evenlonger. Read more
This Taco bell is one of the best we have been to. Food is always hot and fresh but the service is outstanding especially for a... fast food restaurant. We always look forward to heading up from the Bay to stop here. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I worked at Taco Bell (different location) for a total of 4 years, I know how these places... are run. The management has to be basically nonexistent. I've lived in Dixon for a few years now and every time I've been here,it's something. They close hours early, they're out of the food they need to make your order (and then they tell you they haveto charge you extra to substitute...when THEY RAN OUT), something missing from the order every time, their "computers are down"(repeatedly) and they can't take orders. Even cash? Nope, can't take cash either. Slow service, rude employees. Worst customerservice imaginable. I never write reviews like this. I understand that people have off days and things go wrong. This place hasbeen consistently terrible over a period of at least the 3 years I've lived here. Drive to Davis or Vacaville if you want TacoBell. I promise it's worth it. Read more
This taco bell has worst service, i was there for order pickup and employee told me to wait in the parking ,he ll bring my order... out to my car. I wait for 25 minutes and i go again thru drive thru and told me samething.but nobody came out with my order. Inever see any taco bell that worst service like that. They are super slow and prices are pretty high for fast food, $1.89 for 1 taco is over priced
