I was literally just in this chipotle and asked for half chicken half steak. The gentleman serving me made a mistake and give me... a full portion . I explained this is not what I asked for and should not be charged. They still proceeded to charge me for theextra chicken. This is unacceptable as it is not what I asked for. If anything they could have REMADE it and charged mecorrectly. Again I should not be charged for their mistake / for their error! I am livid at this point. Do better and train yourstaff better. Worst chipotle every single time. One day the food is absolutely disgusting. Next day the managers have the worst attitude as if... you slapped their mothers! No care for the people or manners. I love this food chain not sure who the manager is but... The place is dirty. Food was everywhere no tables were cleaned. I... asked for steak the young man said the steak has to be cut do you want chicken!!! How rude i didnt ask for chicken . The food isnever ready when needed. They dont clean the area they are serving food. And gloves should be changed more often. Not to mentioni waited for steak to be cut for 10-15 mins with my elderly father because the person who was supoosed to be cutting it was onhis cell. Get it together people. Read more
The restaurant is in a very nice complex in Dobbs Ferry, NY, right off the Sawmill Parkway. The restaurant itself was FILTHY. ... The workers were overwhelmed by the amount of clients and work but come on, every single table was dirty. The food was typicalof Chipotle, Fresh and tasty. Read more
I'm done with Chipotle, especially this location. I get it sometimes they run out of some of the food later in the evening but... it's 12 noon and I shouldn't have to argue with you over half a spoon of rice beens and chicken for a bowl. I always pay fordouble chicken do I need to pay for a full spoon of rice and beans? What's the policy, is it half, while or a spoon and ahalf???? It always depends on who's behind the counter. There's bad, terrible and the worst, Chipotle Mexican Grill in Dobbs Ferry. Ordered online, food was actually ready nearly 30... mins after the confirmed pickup time (on a Sunday.) Was the order right? Nope, rice so undercooked it's crunchy and steak thatwas still mooing. Conveniently located next to the garbage trucks of the Dobbs Ferry DPW which is likely where most of theirmeals end up. Read more
