Leaving for beach Saturday morning May 15 around 10am, went by Bojangles in Dobson to eat breakfast before we hit the road.... People were inside when we parked. Went to door and it was locked. People came out side door and told us some employees walkedout and they had to lock doors and just do drive thru. We left and went to McDonalds next door. Don't know what happened atBojangles, but we only have about three fast food restaurants in Dobson to choose from. Hope Manager gets things straightenedout. Disappointed. Went to drive at 10am said they we out of coffee very disappointed.Went through drive thur on 5/15 ordered chicken and two sides... got home no sides I'm done with this bojangles you people dont look at reviews anyway. Read more
Was told they didnt have time to cook supremes, and when asked are you serious, the lady walked off n got someone else to take... our order. Then the manager stated to me from the back if I had a problem with them not cooking supremes I could put in anapplication myself!!! Wow just wow 5 people working and you dont have a way to drop food in a fryer that takes 6 min to cook butyou drop fries and cook pintos.... Read more
We ordered the Bo Chicken BLT combo and asked for the same sandwich only without the combo, we were charged for and received... just the plain Bo chicken sandwich with only pickles. This proves the person taking orders must listen to the customer. Thefood was great that we received though the order wrong. This restaurant is among the fast food chains trying to save money byskimping on sugar in the sweet tea. Note to manager? if I wanted unsweetened tea or only a smidgeon of sugar, then I wouldorder unsweetened tea and adjust to my taste myself. I advise against buying the tea at this location until the manager is allin on sweet tea being a quality product. We ended up throwing the entire glass of tea away. Read more
