The young lady at the drive thru window taking my order and money was extremely nice. Then I get to the next window to get my... food and I'm rudely told you pull up and wait. Watch the car behind me get their order before me which is okay I do understandhow that can go. The same twerp who rudely told me to pull forward comes out and asks what I ordered bc she has no idea who'sfood she's bringing out. I explain part of my order and she tosses me a bag. It took everything in me not to toss it back on herface. There's no reason to be rude when working for one of the happiest advertised places. Having a bad day don't take it out onthe customers that make your paycheck. Don't like being in customer service find a stocking job in a warehouse. Read more

Ordered 3 deluxe chicken sandwiches at drive-thru these looked small compared to what I had brought before if I order a deluxe... sandwich I expect it to be large not the size of a small cheeseburger you people need to train from elkin mcdonalds their foodis better I'm very disappointed. Read more
